Adrian started his legal career in 1978 at Woolley, Bevis and Diplock and worked there for eight years. During this time he qualified as a Legal Executive.

He joined Griffith Smith in 1986, qualifying in 1990. He obtained additional qualifications during the mid 1990s in financial planning and portfolio management which give him a good oversight into financial matters for individuals and trusts.

Adrian joined DMH Stallard in 2022.
