Bernd is a Strategic Adviser to the firm, supporting in particular the growth and development of our Guildford office and our services to the Corporate market in Surrey and to the high net worth Private Client community in the area.
Having spent a significant portion of his career leading the London corporate team of a global law firm and servicing some of its major international clients, Bernd spent the remainder of his London career with one of the premier private client firms before then taking responsibility for enhancing client service delivery at a Surrey law firm.
Bernd has lived in and around Guildford for close to 40 years and is well known in the local community. Bernd joined the firm in 2016 and has brought us a wealth of experience in the structuring and project management of demanding transactions, as well as insights from a client perspective as he continues to act as General Counsel to a FTSE listed company and is Executive Chairman of a design and manufacturing business with more than 80 shareholders.
