Esther has a wealth of experience of dealing with disputes for landlords, RTM and management companies in relation to high value residential properties and issues surrounding long leaseholds such as service charge arrears, breaches of covenants and subletting.
She also works closely with client’s agents and surveyors advising on disrepair and unlawful alterations claims.
Esther acts for clients of market let properties advising on and dealing with court proceedings and enforcement action including possession claims, orders for sale, and breaches of lease.
In addition, Esther has experience of leasehold reform and enfranchisement work, recovery of estate rent charges and advising on restrictive covenants on freehold titles.
