Landlord and Tenant Disputes (e.g. business tenancy renewals, break notices, unauthorised alterations / assignments, rent and service charge arrears, forfeiture and possession claims and business tenancy renewals);
Land and Development Disputes (e.g. trespass, nuisance claims, boundary disputes, easement / restrictive covenant disputes, and adverse possession claims)

Recovery of possession
Acted for a University in recovering possession from occupational protesters (University of Brighton v Persons Unknown [ )2023] EWHC 1485 (KB)
Lease termination dispute
Represented a commercial landlord in a dispute involving the tenant’s attempt to enforce the termination of a lease as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Service charge dispute
Acted in a multimillion-pound service charge dispute arising as a result of cladding works following the Grenfell Tower Fire.
Damages claim
Represented a group of private leaseholders in a damages claim against the landlord and developer in relation to the defective condition and construction of a luxury apartment block.
Recovery of possession
Acted for a private skatepark in relation to the landowner’s attempt to recover possession.
