Helen has spent many years dealing with leashold transactions and listed buildings. She has a particular ability to explain complex legal issues in simple ways which clients understand and can then make informed decisions.
Helen has a very friendly and approachable manner when giving time to her clients. For the duration of the transaction she builds up a good working relationship with her clients at a time in their lives where achieving time pressured goals is of fundamental importance. Helen is flexible in her approach and always willing to respond to individual specific requirements of clients.
