Javan is a Real Estate Solicitor and helps clients with commercial property and property-related finance work. He predominantly acts for banks, SIPPS and private property investors and his work includes secured lending, commercial landlord and tenant matters and commercial disposal and acquisitions.
He undertakes work across various sectors in commercial property and secured lending, including care and nursing homes, office and light industrial units, warehouses, shops, restaurants, nurseries and hotels. He also advises on high value residential properties and investor portfolios.
Javan’s broad knowledge allows him to advise on disposal and acquisition of businesses by way of transfers of a going concern and has experience in assisting on the property-related elements within M&A transactions.
