Katie is experienced in handling residential sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.

She also deals with a wide range of commercial property transactions including, freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, the granting and assignment of commercial leases, including telecoms leases and property finance.

Katie acts for a broad range of clients including landlords, tenants and lenders.

Katie was admitted as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in December 2013 and qualified as a Solicitor in May 2015.
