Libby specialises in Dispute Resolution, particularly in commercial disputes, with a focus on the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications sector.

Libby’s legal experience includes Conveyancing, Contract and Commercial advice for recruitment consultants as well as wills, trusts & probate work. Libby is currently building expertise in the TMT team providing legal input on Commercial Disputes & Intellectual Property matters.

Libby has particular experience dealing with shareholder disputes, trademark infringement, passing off and commercial debt recovery. Libby is experienced in progressing claims through the various courts including County Courts, The Intellectual Property Enterprise Court and the High Court.  She also has experience in various forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution including Mediation and Adjudication.
