Marian advises on a range of Private Client matters including estate and tax planning, drafting Wills and preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA). She has a particular interest in the administration of estates, assisting bereaved families and executors, dealing with complex matters including high value estates, deeds of variation and intestacies.
Marian trained and qualified (April 2018) with a regional law firm and worked as a Private Client solicitor with a London firm before joining DMH Stallard in June 2018.
She completed the LPC in 2016 having graduated with an LLB Law Degree from the University of Surrey in 2013.
Prior to completing her LPC, Marian gained experience as a paralegal managing a personal injury case load for a national firm.
Marian qualified as a solicitor in 2018.
