His interests are in all types of planning applications, Listed Building appeals, enforcement issues, as well as Call for Sites and Local Plan representations on behalf of private and commercial clients.

His experience within the company so far includes working on small, medium and larger scale planning applications, as well as on Listed Building appeals and writing site appraisals. Previously, whilst working at a coastal Local Planning Authority, Mark assisted in the preparation and submission of a Local Plan and wrote a Conservation and Heritage Guide as part of a review into a town’s heritage and conservation work. He has also previously worked in a Local Authority’s ‘Major Development’ planning team.

Worked on a Planning Consent for a re-modelling of a building within a Brighton Conservation Area.

Worked on a Listed Building Appeal with the Planning Inspectorate for a dwelling in a rural location.
