Romy acts for international and household names in a variety of different sectors, ranging from banking and financial services to aviation, charity, wine and food distribution, as well as many private individuals.

Romy has experience in working on a range of commercial disputes, including banking disputes, general contractual disputes, negligence claims, distributorship agreement disputes, high value debt recovery claims, professional negligence claims, defamation-related disputes and applications in relation to failures or errors in registrations at Companies House.

Acting for an aviation company in relation to a portfolio of debt recovery claims.


INTERNATIONAL DISPUTE

Acting for a company incorporated in Germany against a company incorporated in Netherlands in relation to a dispute regarding a distributorship agreement where the English courts had jurisdiction.

Advising a leading high street bank in relation to a portfolio of breach of contract and negligence claims.
