Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence

Taylor assists the team with a wide variety of Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence matters.

Taylor is in her second seat of her Training Contract in the firm’s Personal Injury and Medical Negligence team. She manages her own case load of road traffic accident claims as well as assisting the group on a wide range of personal injury and medical negligence claims.

Previously, Taylor worked in the firm’s Planning and Environment team, initially as a Paralegal and then during her first seat of her Training Contact. She assisted the team with a variety of matters including section 106 agreements, highways and infrastructure agreements.

Taylor graduated from the University of Sussex with a Bachelor’s Degree in Law with Honours. She then went onto study a combined Legal Practice Course and a Master’s in Law at the University of Law, from which she graduated with a Distinction. During her studies, Taylor volunteered at legal advice clinics advising clients on a range of family and employment issues.
