Real Estate Partner specialising in secured lending, also landlord and tenant, sale and purchase of commercial property.

Tom is a Partner in the Real Estate team, working closely with the firm’s Banking and Finance sector group. He specialises in secured lending and has a wealth of experience acting for banks in property development and re-financings.

Tom advises on all aspects of the landlord and tenant relationship and on the sale and purchase of commercial property. He has a wide range of experience in this regard acting for clients from private landowners, limited companies, charities, public authorities and multinational financial services firms.

Tom also has experience of assisting on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions; having worked within the Corporate group for over two years prior to undertaking his training contract.

Assisting a large local charity manage their property portfolio by advising on a wide range of commercial property transactions.

Acting for lender financing a 70 unit development by way of a loan facility of circa £8M.
