How our corporate lawyers work
Venture Capital investing by definition involves early stage companies and business. Entrepreneurs often sacrifice, by design or nature, “operations best practice” for accelerated growth and other goals. Our legal team ensures key business drivers and legal risks to a successful investment are identified, protected and, if necessary, remedied before completion.
SEIS/EIS legislation is complex and HMRC guidance is subject to regular HMRC update. The team has completed dozens of SEIS/EIS transactions over the past ten years so we are confident in our ability to structure and complete even the most difficult transactions for clients
