Employers are increasingly facing reputational risks arising from the behaviour of their senior executives. From media (Mirimax), and technology (Uber) to fashion (Ted Baker), professional services (Baker McKenzie) and charities (Oxfam), these issues impact on all types of organisations in all sectors. How effectively the employer is seen to respond, can often gain more attention than the seriousness of the original complaint or issue.

Using case studies, our interactive Conference will  explore the practical issues faced when serious allegations are made about executives and other senior staff.

This annual conference is for senior HR professionals and others in the C-suite with responsibility for the reputation and ethics of their organisation
