Beth advises on a variety of corporate matters with a primary focus on mergers and acquisitions. Beth also has experience acting for both lenders and borrowers on a wide range of banking and finance transactions.

Beth completed her training contract with the firm and qualified as a Solicitor in September 2023. During her training contract (beyond her seats in Corporate), Beth also gained experience in Commercial Real Estate and Commercial Litigation.

Prior to starting her training contract, Beth graduated from the University of Liverpool with a First in Law and completed the LPC MSc at the University of Law achieving a distinction.
