Acted for land owners in relation to the sale of farmland for residential development, conditional on planning and complex overage provisions resulting in a return of over £25m.


BIODIVERSITY NET GAIN

Acted for a promoter negotiating with a third party land owner to secure land for bio-diversity net gain, to enable a large residential development in the vicinity.


LAND SALE

Acted for a consortium of land owners over a number of years to sell land to developers in tranches; working with a multi-disciplinary team from within and outside DMH Stallard, including planners, tax specialists, accountants and commercial agents.
