Jodie joined the property department of Rawlison Butler in 1998, first as a secretary in the commercial property team and then as paralegal in the property development/plot sales team. Jodie qualified as a Legal Executive in 2014 and now leads the plot sales team at DMH Stallard.
Jodie has worked with developers selling new plots for over 10 years. Jodie works closely with land, technical and sales teams to ensure that all legal documentation is in place for the start of sales and marketing. Jodie also manages the plot sales process as reservations are taken, ensuring that the sales team is kept up to date on key matters.
Jodie Pearce became a Graduate of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2014.
