Marian advises on a range of Private Client matters including estate and tax planning, drafting wills and preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA).

Marian has a particular interest in the administration of estates, assisting bereaved families and executors, dealing with complex matters including high value estates, deeds of variation and intestacies.

She completed the LPC in 2016 having graduated with an LLB Law Degree from the University of Surrey in 2013. Prior to completing her LPC, Marian gained experience as a paralegal managing a personal injury case load for a national firm. Marian qualified as a Solicitor in 2018.
